If I am awake in the night then I am doing one of three things. Coding, designing graphics or reading a very interesting novel.
If it's too hot, you should consider buying air conditioning unit for your apartment especially for your bedroom. It's going help regulate the temperature of your room.I don't sleep very well at night everyday. I hardly sleep 4 hours before it's morning.
Also, the hot weather of my country makes it hard for me to sleep well.

This can be detrimental to your health though. Do you find the time to sleep in the afternoon?I usually work more at night, this is why I don't sleep early. I might stay awake until 3am before going to sleep in order for me to cover up so many work.
Sleeping well at night is paramount to my health. It's why I don't gamble with it. I would have to suspend anything that's going to keep me up at night.There's never anything that's is going to be capable of keeping me awake at night when I should be sleeping. Those who are very good at being awake at night are something else. Night are meant to be used to sleep which is why I'm using every minute of it.I am a daytime person not a night person. So I always sleep throughout the night so that I can be active during the day.
You need to sleep 10 hours every night, that's shocking. Had it ever occur to you that you wake up in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep again or you just sleep throughout till it's time to wake up?Staying awake too late at night doesn't work for me because I have to sleep. I have a shutdown time set at 9PM every night. I need to sleep at least 10 hours every night.
