How long do you stay awake at night

I strongly suggest that you finished your work or projects first to avoid overstaying at night. Also do a better time management, it can save your health a lot. Trust me, it's not good staying overnight.

Having a regular day job and a side project for extra income sometimes require to work until late at night. But you are right that staying overnight is not good because it could result in different health problems.

I hope you can find a way to improve your schedule. Our lifestyle plays a major role in our potential lifespan. Hopefully, you'll have a more flexible work schedule in the future. Take care. :D

Exactly my point when I read about how tight and restricted his job schedule is affecting his life. It's not a healthy way to live in my opinion because when you toil too much to earn money but still don't get the time and opportunity to enjoy the money, what's the need then?

I think you will find the motivation once you read well documented articles on sleep loss. The idea is that having proper sleep improves your chance of living a longer life. Not only that, it also enhances your everyday mood. :)

You do not need to say much on knowing the importance of having a good sleep throughout the night. I know this very well because I used to sleep for about 9 to 10 hours before I got myself hooked up with night activities. Any day that I manage to dose off without stay awake late, I always wake up in the morning feeling strong and full of energy.

I always admire those that stays late in the night for serious business reasons, it's worth it staying awake to make money online then to just stay awake to watch movies or play games or watch TV shows. There is what is called priority in life, and making money should come up first before having fun.

I have already wasted lots of time during my younger days playing games or watching movies. When you are now getting older and living a serious life, you'll spend most of your time on important matters.

I used to stay up until 4 or 5 am just playing video games or watching movies/series, but now I try to sleep before midnight so I'm more energized for the next day.

I wouldn't even call it night. I stay awake until 4-5 AM because I play games until I feel sleepy. I hope I don't ever need to sleep because there are lots of games that I still want to play and finish! :)

Wow, that seems like a hard life. The job is pretty too demanding on you and your health. To practically have less and limited time to sleep is so horrible. And to have to rely on sleeping on transit for your rest hours is so embarrassing. Have you considered a change of job?
I'm working in a BPO company as customer service, this is the most in demand job right now in our country. You're right, lack of sleep makes me feel like a zombie actually, LOL, but I can sacrifice my sleep for better salary. Well, I'm almost there to quit my job and find another one, my deadline is before my birthday in October.

The good think in our company is, we have a gym, and some sports materials to use or equipment, we also have a mini arcade to enjoy, but the problem is we are too sleepy to play that, and I think it's not good to play sports or go to gym if your body is lack of sleep, maybe you will end up in the hospital by doing that. LOL.

That's true. You can't really enjoy the accommodation and facility when you're that tired. Having much sleep is the goal here. So maybe you can find some way to improve your sleeping time.

That's great. It's actually a sign of sleeplessness. You're not getting enough rest for your daily needs. This is why we can't comprise our quality of rest.

That might not be a wise decision. Over time your body may suffer consequences due to it. That's why we're advised to sleep soundly on a regular basis.

Wow! I'm glad you do. I hope more of us get to rest fully each day. It's what we need in order to truly experience life at its best.

Actually, it may be counterproductive. I've heard some people got sick due to overworking themselves. So it's kind of sad. The money they made went into treatment and medicine. Something like that. The point is that health is above pretty much anything.

Definitely, I feel so much better now that I'm getting enough sleep and I actually enjoy what I'm doing or watching now that don't do them all at night.

Keep doing that, stay healthy. Life is beautiful without games and movies. There are more enjoyable things you can do than those two. Try to sleep earlier don't settle for the midnight.

No matter the amount of money being paid for working overtime and over night, it's not really worth it when it complicates your health conditions and put your life at risk. If the overtime is during the day, then it's better but at night, I wouldn't recommend it.

Even though some people still argue that playing games isn't for teenagers and kids alone, stating that it's meant for adults as well. I don't disagree with them but what I would chip in there is that adults now have less time to play games because they have many responsibilities facing them which playing games wouldn't aid them.

It's good that you have come to the realization that it's not in your best interest to stay awake too late till 5:00 am playing games of all things to do, instead of sleeping.

If you have less things to take care of during the day, there is every possibility that you may stay awake till the next day and sleep during the day when you feel dizzy from not sleeping at night. I did such when I was a teenager but now, it's impossible to do such.

Making money is good but when you are making such money at the detriment of your health is it really worth it? If you can find a way to get another better job that will pay you well, I think you should consider changing.
