Go to late night snacks?

Most of the times I order my food because I don't know how to cook and it's why I will always have food leftovers in my fridge which I will always use my microwave to warm and eat them if I wake up and feel hungry in the night.

I am just like you. There are times that I will wake up to eat by 10 pm because I was really hungry and would want something that I can eat at that particular moment.
 
I don't snack at late night. When I wake up in the middle of the night hungry, I will drink lots of water and go back to sleep.

Drinking water is safe as far as I am concerned. I believe that drinking water will help you have a very good rest at the end of the day instead of suffering from indigestion as a result of eating more.

It is also dependent on the body system. It is not everyone that can slept comfortably just by drinking water at night. I have not had a good time doing so and will want to take snacks at night.
 
Though I haven't being in that position of eating so late at night but if the situation comes, I won't go for heavy snack but snacks like biscuits, bread or fruits will serve me better.

Eating a good meal early before going to bed is beautiful. With that, you can be rest assured that you are living a healthy lifestyle that makes everything work better for you.
 
Cake and milk drink, though I do not drink take them often. It is just once in a while, but nothing can substitute that.

Eating an after meal when it's late at night might cause health issues unless it's not done often. It's better to prioritize healthy living more than what we consume late at night

I will take note of it and plan towards ensuring that I eat my meals early to avoid situations where I develop health issues as a result of having thr habit of eating late at night.
 
I have many things I can take as late night snacks such as cake, peanuts, bread, eggs and others. I don't mind if it's heavy snacks or light ones. I don't like to go hungry especially in the midnight, I keep my snacks in handy.
 
I don't eat anything once I have brushed my teeth and go to bed. Even if I woke up hungry, I will never eat anything apart from drinking water.
Drinking water is the best remedy for hunger pangs in the midnight. It's so weird to eat in the midnight even though I used to do it in order to satisfy my midnight cravings but it's never good to have something after brushing the teeth at night.
