Microsoft ads Still Offer Free Credit?

I have had a look about on their site and can't see anything but a friend told me they still do them. Anyone have a link?

The last time I checked, Microsoft was not offering any free credit for this kind of promotion and I don't think that they are still going to offer it in the future, so you shouldn't be wasting your time on this.

I remember years ago they used to do it but upon checking, it does not seem they offer this anymore which is a shame.

I remember many people would use this and it was always great to get your site out there.
