Good PHP Framework and Tutorial?

Hello guys! I know basic PHP and would like to learn a framework. I thought of learning Laravel or CodeIgniter. Can you suggest good video tutorials/books/written tutorials learn them? I would also like to know which of these two I should learn first because I have no experience using a framework for a server-side scripting language. Thanks, guys!
