Form Box - Photoshop Cs6

Hello friends, I am making a form box in photoshop, but do not know how to get into html, someone can tell me how I can move to html and css?

You have to use the images and code them. If you have dreamweaver, you could code the box using the photoshop images there. If not, just use notepad.

There are some tools that can do that, such as Dreamweaver which Melvin mentioned. However in Photoshop there isn't really much to help with the actual coding side of it. Search for some tutorials about "slicing" a design, they should help you with what you are looking for.
