I wanted to create an E-commerce coupon based website, but I'm confuse which platform should I use, like I want to have my website SEO optimized and I may pay one time for any platform to do all the work. Like SEO plugins should be free. Plus can you guys suggest me a better platform, should I go for open card, WordPress, Jumla or how can I get an amazing website?? Need your replies thanks.

WordPress is the best option you can find and for seo install Yoast SEO Plugin it's free
