Where is the padding coming from - Help please

Hi,
I have created a page, and for some reason there is padding all around the page of about 10px, I can not find out where it is coming from.

Can anyone assist please?

I have attached a document with the coding in, please have a look, I have had to strip out a lot of content for security purposes.

    Close sidebar

    You can get rid of the crowded view in the forum by closing the sidebar.
