Where is the padding coming from - Help please

Hi,
I have created a page, and for some reason there is padding all around the page of about 10px, I can not find out where it is coming from.

Can anyone assist please?

I have attached a document with the coding in, please have a look, I have had to strip out a lot of content for security purposes.

Sometimes padding issues solve can come from CSS defaults or container elements. you can share your CSS code or specific parts of the HTML where the padding might be applied.
