keep getting errors when I try to POST to this forum! Looking to create tabbed tables.

but I cannot tell why.
I am not seeing anythng in CONSOLE (but not real familiar with its use)

It happens when I include an IMAGE or some CODE TAGS. Seems ok if I attack files, so that is where I have posted what I am looking to do..

I have attached what I was trying to post (see tabbed table.txt)
What I want to emulate is in tabbedtable.jpg
What would be really cool is if I can include little icons like on this page (see htlmformumsample.jpg)
