How upload a file with Filezilla

Hi guys!

I would like to upload files to Wordpress using Filezilla.
The files contain html, css and javascript.

How can I upload this kind of files as one packet to Wordpress?
How can I save the three different programming languages in one and the same file?
 
Download the Filezilla software and install it onto your computer
Start Filezilla
Click File on the top menu bar and select Site Manager
Click New Site
In the Host field, enter in ftp.yourdomain.com.
