Do you allow VPN registration on your website?

The use of VPN is a very common thing these days. When it comes to to allowing members registration on your website, do you allow accounts that make use of VPN to register or have their registration limited? I have seen website that won't allow you access if you are using VPN.

When it comes to making use of VPN to register on my website, I don't have any much problem with it as long as the person that is using the VPN to register will always be active and engaging on my website.

VPN is commonly used today. Blocking users with VPN from registering on a website is a wrong move. This will limit so many people from using the website, thereby denying it traffic.
