There are times when you have work to do but you just don’t have the drive to get anything done. But every work has a deadline, so you know that you have to get to it.
How do you have the motivation to work at such times?

When I've got a deadline to meet up with for a particular project, I would do everything within my power not to slack on the job. I can ask for extension but I don't like doing it because it might seem to some clients that you're not serious.

I have to stay motivated to work because I don't have any choice not to. I don't have a second who can help out and I don't like outsourcing my jobs because I hate sharing money I charged for it.

I don't take or accept jobs which I'm not motivated to complete. The feeling must be there when I was offered the job. If I don't feel the spark of motivation with it, I wouldn't take on the job.

Besides you are not sure whether the person you outsourced the job to will do a good job like you would.

They always mess up the jobs. It's why I don't find it easy to trust outscoring jobs. I've been disappointed by one of them in the past, I'll never give it a try again.

That’s why it is important to only make use of freelancers that you trust quite well. Do not outsource to those you cannot vouch for.
