PC space issue

Why is it that no matter how much things i delete off of my computer,I can only remove about 1GB of space what is taking up all that space in my computer.
 
What's they PC specification? It's the only way to know exactly what's taking up the space in your storage. If the storage is small, then there's nothing that you can do about it.
