Italic and bold font-face using a css rule for an external font

Hello

I have two font-faces in two different .woff files that I want to be used every time I use the italic and bold tags in my html file.
I.e., every time I write something inside a <i></i> tag and <b></b>, it will be displayed with a specific font-face.
Is that possible?
