help completing web design

Hi guys im working a web page for my work.

I have created this design in pencil project. I would liek to follow it as much as possible.

Where i have te home page about eus etc. Would the best way to achieve this be to create a table with diffrent sections?

Also i am workign on you break it we fix it. I am trying to create a space between the YOU BREAK IT WE FIX IT.
