It just occurred to me right now that codes can be written in an another language apart from English. I saw that picture and I was left in awe at how it never even occurred to me before.

Well, this is not a real programming language, this is just humorous mock-up. It mimics the structure of programming code.

This is the very first time I will come across that, but there is no way to ascertain whether that is a real code or not.
