I remember back in 2009 and onwards, I used to always use link directories in a bid to be able to build backlinks as well as promote my forums which helped even though it was a slow process.
Nowadays, I don't hear too much about link directories and it seems they are not as popular as they once used to be which is a shame.
Would you say link directories are still relevant to help build backlinks and promote or are we past link directories now?
