I just found Dive Into HTML5 by Mark Pilgrim. He is the same author of Dive Into Python and I have read only good things about that book (altough I have never read it). What do you think about this HTML5 book? I think I will give it a try and see where that gets me.- bosconian

I'm using 000webhost which is a free hosting that offers 1500 MB of disk space, 100 GB of monthly transfer and according to their website 99% uptime guaranteed. Right now I'm hosting a site with them but it does not drive much traffic. I hope they are as reliable as they say.- bosconian

I heard of HTML many years ago when Opera was the only browser with support for the video tag and only for OGG videos. I believe it was 2007 or 2008. It didn't took much time for Chrome and Firefox to support video. Those two browsers also had support for h264, I don't know if Opera now supports... -
