Good Rice-based meals?

Was out shopping and I noticed an error on the label for this huge pack of rice.
There was various sizes goes up in 2's all the way to 10Kg and I noticed the 8KG was £1.24 instead of £12.40 so I got some, but I don't know what to have with it.

I don't want a full blown meal or anything, just something to mix the rice with, anyone got any ideas? something cheap? Should have thought about this before I got my discount rice.

When you guys have rice what do you mix it with?
 
I always enjoy eating my rice with beans because the combination is always making the food to be heavy enough to make me not to feel hungry after eating it for a very long time. I can't eat rice alone.
 
There are several ways to cook rice depending on the hunger pangs;
Rice and beans
Rice and stew
Rice and vegetables
Coconut rice and others.
 
I'm trying as much as possible to reduce how often I eat rice because I recently found out that it has more carbohydrates. Even the beans we mix it with is also more high in carbohydrates than protein.

Rice used to be our normal daily food, no matter how we tried to put it. There's no way we can stop unless there's another food that can take the space of rice.
