    Do you allow HTML editing in forum posts?

    No. I know somebody would simply abuse it and I'd have to correct their damage, and I'd have to take it away within a day of its addition.

    Encrypting HTML

    Well it is actually mostly seen in illegal use scenarios. Criminals often use it to stop other criminals and cops from decrypting any of the files and getting some sort of information.

    Free or Paid host?

    I use a paid Linux VPS for my hosting. I pay about 5$ a month for it and I set it up to run all your basic web hosting software and then some. I don't use it for commercial purposes though, I just mainly use it as a place to test out my webpages, and maybe host some interesting animations...

    Well I always thought this to be honest. I mean what do businesses do with the terabytes of data they get every day? Do they jam it on one big folder? Do they put it on a flash drive and put it in a storage somewhere? No, they put it on an SQL database!

    How long did it take you to learn CSS?

    I got a really good grip after 2 days. The only real problem I have with CSS is the commands. There's so many different tags for your .css file, I constantly have to Google them to remember. I can write CSS whenever I want with ease though.

    Theoretically designing a site from the ground up

    Start with the idea. Your outcome will heavily vary based on how you started. For example, if you started making a forum website, then decided to make a shop website two days later, you'll probably have to start over or change almost all of your code.
