I find this article Here very useful when it comes to knowing how to track mentions on Twitter. It's a very good way to know how to keep tabs on engagements that's going on.

Some of Twitter track mentions tools I have used are ; Mentionmapp, Warble and Twilert. They have helped me to improve my users engagement on the social media.

There are many tools which can be used to track mentions on Twitter/X. The best one's so far to my knowledge are Brand24, Awario, Tweet Binder, and Meltwater.
