The SWC Package Service allows members to spend SWC Cash to request threads, posts, or blog comments from our dedicated Package Team. This is a great way to grow your community, drive conversations, and improve your forum’s activity.

Wait Time: You must wait the full required wait time after requesting a package before making another request. This applies to both you and the website/blog you’re promoting.
Forum Cash Requirement: Ensure you have the required SWC Cash in your account before submitting a request. Requests will be rejected if your balance is insufficient.
Right to Reject: We reserve the right to reject any package request for any reason.
Staff Membership: You must be a staff member of the website you're requesting a package for. Requests made for other sites without staff membership will be rejected.
Moderator Approval: Websites requiring moderator approval to post must disable this feature before requesting a package. If not done within 24 hours, your request will be rejected, and your SWC Cash will be deducted.
Package Specifications: If you have specific needs (e.g., niche topics), please include them in your request. While we aim to meet all requests, adjustments may be necessary to complete the package in a timely manner.
Team Member Requests: Requesting a specific Package Team member may cause delays. If your preferred team member is unavailable, another team member will take over to ensure timely completion.
Issue Resolution: If a team member raises an issue, it must be resolved within 24 hours. Failure to resolve issues will result in package rejection, full SWC Cash deduction, and the wait time will still apply.
Admin Activation: If your forum requires admin approval for new accounts, you must approve Package Team members within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in package rejection and cash deduction. Please confirm account activations in your request thread.
Respect and Patience: Be respectful and patient with team members. Please do not bump your request thread unless 7 days have passed. After 7 days, you may bump the thread.Create a thread in the Package Service forum, and a Package Team Member will reach out to you as soon as possible.

- Upgrade to 15 threads and 30 posts for an additional 100 SWC$.
Requirements: Your forum must have at least 200 posts before requesting this package.
Wait Time: 3 weeks before requesting another package.

- 20 threads and 40 posts by 2 Package Team members.
- Upgrade to 25 threads and 45 posts for an additional 200 SWC$.
Requirements: Your forum must have at least 500 posts before requesting this package.
Wait Time: 4 weeks before requesting another package.
