Can someone tell me please what HTML software is used to write and run/execute a HTML code such as image below?

Well, I will recommend you to choose notepad or visual studio code, both are good options.

How do you execute HTML code shown in post #1 using notepad? Show me example please.

Well, first you need to write your simple HTML code in Notepad, then you need to save that file with .html extension and then open it a web browser.

Can I write and run the javascript in a notepad too?
