I'm Fabian and just joined the forum as I want to build a small website using just Text Pad in Linux. I've had websites in the past, WordPress and stand alone WYSIWYG web builders but I thought I'd like to do something a little different this time.
I bought a book from eBay HTML coding (second-hand but in good condition) which I can refer to but it won't give me everything so I'll need to come back here now and again to get those little bits of code the book leaves out or doesn't explain well enough for me to understand.
Also WordPress and website builders have large "Footprints and I want a site built with bare bones.
Well thats about it for now.
