Move Scroll bar from bottom to top.

I have the below codepen on a site on Wix. As users filter, the results decrease but the frame size remains static.

Is there a way to move the horozintal scroll bar from the bottom to the top?

The actual page can be viewed here

I could make the actual Iframe the width of the screen, but I decided not to do that option only as a last resort.
