conditional link in html

Hi
I'm a teacher, preparing for the next school year. I would like to start with a quiz website.
As I see it, it should go like this: a page contains a question and an input box fot the answer. Then follows a button or link. Now comes the condition:
When the answer is correct, the button / link should direct to the next question, when the answer is wrong, it shoul dredirect to a different page that says it's wrong (or gives a pop-up whit the statement "wrong, please try again...").
Is this possible in html?
