Did the coder make this happen or is it google?

There is a website for this business and they are having search results come up that isnt the first thing written in the page. The persons name that comes up seems to be the issue at hand, why is it that that artist name is being shown in the written result by artists rather than just the first paragraph in the page?

Google Results show the following for search term "Sparrows Tattoo Company"

In in depth explanation to why this is occurring would be heavy and greatly appreciated. There isnt any source code that I can see that would make this happen.
