Redirect link with class="inactive"=> class="active" from one page to other?

Hello everybody,

I am working on a little project where i was asked to make buttons from homepage( https://peoplefocus.rs/ ) redirect user to service page ( https://peoplefocus.rs/services/ ) and set tab to active accordingly to the button pressed from homePage. Can someone please help me with this?

I would appriciate this very much.
