I think it’s a shame when someone asks for a review and no one replies.
It’s not for me to tell you what changes you should make, I’m just a grain of sand across the pond and perhaps you do things differently in the US, but …
First impressions were good, nice on the eyes, well spaced, but and there’s always a but isn’t there.
Get rid of that form from the top of the page! Tell me what you’re offering before asking me to book a visit. Shouldn’t the form be at the bottom of the page after I’ve read what you’re offering and decide whether I want to contact you? A call to action yes, but not in my face. You’ve already got a ‘Book Now’ link at the top right of the page.
Too long? Do you really need a FAQ? Isn’t that what the form is for, to contact you if I have questions? You’ve just answered my questions and missed an opprtunity for me to contact you so you can give me your sales pitch. In fact do you really need that form?
Aren’t you just repeating yourself with Affordable refrigerator repair … and Reliable refrigerator repairs?
Niggly things. At the top of the page, Home Refrigeration repair > … What happened to Appliance repair >? It doesn’t need another line and looks unsightly as it stands.
Overall impressions good. You’ve tried hard, perhaps too hard?
Remember, this is just a personal opinion. I want to know what you do, where you are and how I can contact you. Anything else is superfluous. I’ll give it 8/10.
